All sold goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A return and/or refund is permissible only to specific situations like as follows:
• Manufacturing defect and/or if the product is damaged during delivery.
• The product is proven to be defective and/or damaged by our technicians.
The request for return and/or refund of manufacturing defect and/or delivery damage must be given within 7 days from date of receipt of the order.
The procedure for return and/or refund is as below:
1. Send us your return and/or refund query at (customer care num) on WhatsApp.
2. We will call you back within 3 business days after we receive your request.
3. In case the product is of defective issue, we will arrange our technician team for an on-site inspection and we shall reschedule a date to pick up if it is found to be defective by our technician and after approval of the return/refund request by management.
4. After approval, we shall schedule a date to pick up the product from you.
5. It will take 14 working days for the refund to be processed and the day should be counted from the date when the item for return is collected.
6. Sereno can decline to accept any inconsiderate or unreasonable return and/or refund. All request for returns and refund shall be approved.
